Terry Benishek, President & CEO
Terry Benishek has always carefully balanced the two complementary objectives of improving operating efficiencies while ensuring the highest level of quality.  He relied on that mindset when he began NLI as a start-up in 1997, and it is still the driving force behind the Company’s impressive success.

Titut Yokelson, VP of Research and Development
Dr. Titut Yokelson has served as head of NLI’s Research and Development since 1997. Her responsibilities include management and oversight of all research, development, and laboratory services. Dr. Yokelson comes to NLI with a strong background in chemical engineering, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical and related research.

Steve Dybdal, Director of Operations
Dybdal was a member of the internal team that focused on reducing encapsulation defects, eventually making it possible for NLI to achieve a defect rate of less than one defect per 10,000 capsules.
